Psalm 23

A Psalm of David.

Geoff Clarke:

The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing

All: He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside
quiet waters,

He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his
name’s sake

All: Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no
evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You
anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

All: Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my
life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

We Remember Them – Adapted Nick Bealer, Chairman, Stock Exchange Veterans

When we are weary and in need of strength,
When we are lost and sick at heart,

All: We remember them.

When we have a joy we crave to share
When we have decisions that are difficult to make
When we have achievements that are based on theirs

All: We remember them.

At the blowing of the wind and in the chill of winter
At the opening of the buds and in the rebirth of spring,

All: We remember them.
